Find your order number
Your order number (e.g. order_01ABC…) is in your confirmation email. If you created a KADO Japan account at checkout, you can also see it under Account → Orders.
Tracking link
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email. Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the parcel is handed off. This is normal — the parcel is in transit, the carrier just hasn't scanned it yet.
What if tracking hasn't updated?
Carriers occasionally miss scans, especially during customs transitions. If your tracking hasn't moved in over 7 business days, email support@kadojapan.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
