30-day return window

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the parcel arrived damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund including original shipping.

How to initiate a return

Email support@kadojapan.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
