Shipping Policy

Where we ship

KADO Japan ships to over 180 countries. Every order is packed at our facility in Japan and handed off to tracked international carriers (typically Japan Post or DHL, depending on destination). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping methods

• Standard (tracked): budget-friendly, 7–21 business days to most destinations. Insurance included.
• Express (DHL): faster delivery in 3–7 business days to most major cities. Recommended for time-sensitive gifts.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility. KADO Japan is happy to provide customs documentation on request — just reach out to support@kadojapan.com.

Restrictions

A few countries restrict certain collectibles (replica weapons, high-capacity batteries, plush toys containing certain fillings). If an item in your cart cannot legally ship to your address we will notify you before fulfilment and refund the affected line.
