Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? Credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Is my card data safe? Yes. Card details are processed entirely by Stripe — KADO Japan never sees or stores your raw card number.
Shipping
How long does shipping take? Standard tracked shipping is 7–21 business days to most countries; DHL Express is 3–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Customs & VAT
Will I have to pay import duties? Possibly. Some countries charge import duties or VAT on goods over a certain value. These are the customer's responsibility. We'll include proper customs documentation with your parcel.
Product accuracy
Are the product photos accurate? We photograph every product ourselves in our studio. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. If a product arrives materially different from its description, you're covered by our return policy.
Authenticity
Are these authentic Japanese products? Yes. Everything KADO Japan sells is sourced from established Japanese retailers and shipped directly from our facility in Japan. We do not sell replicas, bootlegs, or second-hand items unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Packaging
Will the packaging be in Japanese? Yes — products ship in their original Japanese retail packaging. We add protective outer wrapping for international transit.

How do I delete my account? Email support@kadojapan.com with the subject line “Delete account”. We'll process the request within 7 days.
