All products sold on KADO Japan are authentic items sourced directly from Japan. Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or that cannot be fulfilled. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Japan. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of undamaged, unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.
